I heard author, speaker, Simon Sinek touch on the illusive topic of passion during an interview. I wanted to share some of his thoughts with you.

“The question is not to find your passion it’s what do you believe… what are your ideals? what are your values?…align yourself with those people, those organizations and you show up every day with passion. So It’s not a manufactured feeling. It is a result of being around people who share your values, have your back…people you trust.”
